Villa Fontanella is available for holiday letting from April to October, exclusively on a weekly basis.In July and August only the entire property may be rented, whereas in other periods either the East or the Westhouse can be taken separately.
East house accommodation comprises the sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen and large glass-fronted dining/sitting room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds, and a bathroom, on the first floor. The sitting room is also furnished with a double sofa bed.
West house accommodation consists of the main open-plan dining/sitting room and the kitchen on the ground floor, and three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with bunk-beds, and a bathroom, on the first floor. The sitting room is also furnished with a single sofa bed.
The independent wash house, situated beyond the swimming pool, is fitted with a washing machine, wc, sink and shower, and serves as a third bathroom.
